Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor based in Cape Town to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of legal frameworks and a passion for delivering excellent legal counsel to clients. You will be responsible for managing legal risks, providing strategic advice, and representing the firm in legal proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert legal counsel to clients and stakeholders.
• Review legal agreements and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Monitor and report on changes in legislation affecting the organization.
• Conduct training sessions on legal compliance for staff.
• Assist in risk assessment and management strategies.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to provide tailored legal services.

Requirements

Education

• LL.B. in Law or equivalent qualification
• Admission as an Attorney in South Africa is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of legal experience in a reputable firm
