Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• LLB degree or equivalent
• Further qualifications in Corporate Law are advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of legal experience with a focus on corporate law

• Mergers and Acquisitions Law

Certifications

• Certified Legal Manager (CLM)
