Job Description

As a Corporate Compliance Manager, you will be at the forefront of our compliance strategy, leading initiatives to ensure adherence to local and international regulations. Your expertise will be essential in developing compliance programs and risk assessments while collaborating closely with other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a compliance framework aligned with industry standards.
  • Perform compliance monitoring and verification activities.
  • Provide insights on regulatory trends and their implications for the business.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance notifications are understood and acted upon.
  • Represent compliance interests at executive meetings and discussions.
  • Spearhead compliance related projects and initiatives.
  • Review and advise on contracts from a compliance perspective.
  • Work closely with IT to enhance compliance technology solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate qualification in compliance or risk management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in compliance-related roles within a corporate environment
