Responsibilities

• Deliver expert legal advice to clients on complex legal matters.
• Negotiate and draft legal agreements and contracts.
• Research and analyze legal issues and provide strategic input.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate dispute resolutions through mediation or arbitration.
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
• Support the firm's litigation efforts as needed.
• Educate clients on legal rights and responsibilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Master's degree in Law or relevant specialization is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a legal advisor or in a similar role
