Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on business transactions.
• Review and negotiate contracts with stakeholders.
• Assist in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Client management and building long-term relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in business operations.
• Organize legal documents for audits and reviews.
• Develop training materials on compliance issues.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors as needed.
• Advise on intellectual property rights and responsibilities.
• Engage in public relations regarding legal issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• LLM or specialization in corporate law is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a legal advisory role or related field
