Responsibilities

• Act as a key advisor on corporate legal matters, providing sound legal advice.
• Oversee the compliance of business practices with local and international laws.
• Engage in proactive risk management practices.
• Support corporate finance activities such as fundraising and equity transactions.
• Facilitate communication between legal and non-legal departments.
• Assist with the intellectual property portfolio management.

Requirements

Education

• LLM (Master of Laws) degree preferred
• Admitted attorney in South Africa

Experience

• 5+ years of legal experience in corporate law

• Certificate in Corporate Governance

• English: Fluent
