• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction.
• Analyze project performance and implement improvements.
• Facilitate successful project handovers and ensure client onboarding.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to learn and improve future practices.
• Lead initial project planning sessions and follow-through throughout execution.
• Oversee team performance, providing feedback and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout projects.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP and Agile certifications are a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in managing complex projects
