Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries professionally.
  • Guide customers through our products and services and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Track and report on customer service metrics and performance goals.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving customer experience.
  • Ensure all customer feedback is captured and acted upon promptly.

Advantageous

  • Knowledge of product management: Understanding of the product lifecycle and support processes.
  • Fluency in additional languages: Ability to converse in languages other than English and Afrikaans is a plus.
