Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries professionally.
Guide customers through our products and services and identify opportunities for upselling.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Track and report on customer service metrics and performance goals.
Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving customer experience.
Ensure all customer feedback is captured and acted upon promptly.
Advantageous
Knowledge of product management: Understanding of the product lifecycle and support processes.
Fluency in additional languages: Ability to converse in languages other than English and Afrikaans is a plus.
