We are seeking a motivated Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams, schedules, and budgets to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Review and approve designs, plans, and specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices in construction management.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on schedule.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PrEng) or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in the construction industry
