Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Cape Town office. The role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budgets. You will lead project teams, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure quality control, all while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project reports to highlight project status.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead project retrospectives and implement lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• PMP or similar certification is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years in a project management role

• Agile Methodologies
• Risk Management

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
