Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about fostering customer relationships and enhancing the overall client experience. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while utilizing our solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer relationships.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management
