Event Planner

Job Description

As an Event Planner with Event Innovations Ltd., you’ll manage all aspects of event planning, from venue selection to vendor coordination and logistics. We’re looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and a flair for creativity to bring our clients’ visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and evaluate potential venues for suitability.
• Coordinate invitations and guest lists including RSVPs.
• Monitor on-site logistics during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Create promotional material to attract attendees to events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees.
• Develop contingency plans in case of unforeseen issues.
• Lead event staff meetings to ensure everyone is informed of their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Certification in Event Planning is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in planning events

• Professional Event Planner Certification

• English: Fluent
