Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with guests, clients, and vendors.
Coordinate events, conferences, and hotel functions to meet guest expectations.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
Manage guest complaints efficiently and ensure resolutions are provided.
Prepare operational reports, conduct regular team meetings, and implement training programs.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Certification in Hospitality Management is highly regarded
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in hospitality management with proven results.
