Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. This role involves supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance with local labour laws.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the hiring process including interviews and assessments.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires.
  • Ensure the integrity of employee records.
  • Support performance evaluation and feedback processes.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and compliance matters.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits administration.
  • Assist in policy development and implementation.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Measure and enhance employee satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced HR Certification is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of comprehensive HR experience
