Job Description

Join Woodcraft Manufacturing as a Production Worker specializing in furniture lumber production. You'll be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines to produce lumber products according to specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process.
• Assist in training new team members on machinery operation and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Document production metrics and report discrepancies to management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in woodworking or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in lumber production
