We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain operations, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Responsibilities
Direct supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain relationships with logistics partners and suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels.
Work cross-functionally to streamline operations and improve processes.
Compile and analyze supply chain reports for management review.
Create and implement training programs for supply chain personnel.
Lead initiatives to enhance supplier relationship management.
Oversee budgeting for supply chain activities.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Participate in strategic planning for supply chain management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Operations Management
Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
