Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Event Planner to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing a wide range of events within Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate should have a flair for creativity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create event proposals and presentations for clients.
• Negotiate with vendors for best rates and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• Coordinate transport and accommodation arrangements for events.
• Assist in marketing and promotion of events.
• Monitor event progress and adapt plans as necessary.
• Prepare event reports, budgets, and administrative tasks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
• Manage post-event feedback from clients and attendees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in event planning or related field

• Event Management Software

• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)

Languages
