Responsibilities

• Organize all logistics for events, including transportation, catering, and venue arrangements.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for services.
• Assist in marketing efforts for upcoming events to ensure high attendance.
• Monitor on-site operations for events and provide support as needed.
• Continuously seek to improve events based on industry trends and innovations.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Certification in event planning preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in event management or related role

• Social Media Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
