We are on the lookout for a Mechanical Engineer to join our talented team in East London. This role involves designing, analyzing, and implementing mechanical systems and components, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Implement best practices for mechanical design and analysis.
• Manage budgets and schedules for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Document engineering processes and maintain records.
• Evaluate and select suppliers and contractors for projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field
• Certification in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in related field preferred

• AutoCAD
• FEA

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
