Seeking a dedicated Legal Advisor to join our dynamic team in Durban. This role involves providing legal advice, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Responsibilities

• Draft and implement internal policies to ensure compliance.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings, if necessary.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop response strategies.
• Advise on employment law matters and related compliance.
• Collaborate with finance and management on risk management strategies.
• Prepare reports on legal matters for senior management.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent
• Master's degree in Law is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in legal advisory roles, with a focus on corporate law
