Job Description

We are in search of a dynamic Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer engagement strategies. This role involves overseeing customer interactions, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring that our service delivery aligns with our customer's needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives aimed at driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Enhance communication between departments to better resolve customer issues.
  • Establish frameworks for measuring customer experience effectiveness.
  • Manage customer experience projects from inception to execution.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Customer Experience Management is preferred
