We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our East London office to provide outstanding support to our customers. Responsibilities

  • Interact confidently with customers to provide top-notch service.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits.
  • Record transaction details and customer interactions accurately.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and solutions.
  • Carry out ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems
  • Knowledge of product offerings in the tech industry
Soft Skills
  • Adaptability

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Conversational
