Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute construction schedules and milestones.
• Develop project specifications and manage changes effectively.
• Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Implement organizational and strategic plans for project management.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Assist in hiring and mentoring junior project staff.
• Develop and manage project budgets to ensure financial feasibility.
• Create and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects
