We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating teams and managing project timelines to ensure that we meet our clients' expectations. Your experience in leading projects and your strong communication skills will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities within project teams.
• Engage with external stakeholders and negotiate project terms.
• Track project performance metrics and report findings.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members as required.
• Encourage a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Assist in the development of project management policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and provide project updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading projects

Certifications
