Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related fields is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service or support roles
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Helpdesk Software
Soft Skills

Languages
