Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in our support team. You'll assist clients with troubleshooting, provide solutions to technical inquiries, and ensure that our services meet the expectations of our diverse clientele. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in configuring and utilizing software applications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to service outages and technical failures.
  • Prepare user guides and documentation for new software releases.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure client issues are resolved to satisfaction.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss recurring issues and resolutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a relevant role
