Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Strategic Account Manager to drive growth and deepen relationships with our key clients. The perfect candidate will have a proven ability to manage accounts strategically while delivering value and maximising client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to expand services where possible.
  • Provide training and onboarding for new client services.
  • Create and manage account budgets and forecasts.
  • Regularly report on account status and opportunities to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management or key account strategy

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
