Responsibilities

• Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
• Advise on company policies and procedures relating to legal issues.
• Keep the management informed of legal risks.
• Handle disputes and assist in the resolution process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and compliance changes.
• Coordinate with finance and HR to ensure legal adherence.
• Express complex legal concepts in clear, understandable terms.
• Support management in strategic decision-making in compliance matters.

Requirements

Education

• LL.B. or equivalent degree
• Further specialization in Corporate Law is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years practicing as a Legal Counsel
