We are seeking a qualified Psychologist to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will provide professional mental health services including therapy and counselling to a diverse client base. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals manage their mental health and enhance their psychological wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Administer psychological tests and interpret results effectively.
• Foster a supportive environment to encourage client expression.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Engage in research activities to contribute to the field of psychology.
• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at mental health education.
• Document and report findings accurately and comprehensively.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent
• Registered with HPCSA as a clinical psychologist

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical practice in therapy or counseling roles

Technical Skills

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Group Therapy Techniques

Soft Skills

• Conflict Resolution
• Cultural Competency

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Familiarity with telepsychology: Experience in delivering therapeutic services remotely via telehealth platforms.
