Job Description

We are looking for a Contract Manager in Pretoria who will oversee contract development and management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts while ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Review contracts for legal compliance and risk exposure.
  • Negotiate terms effectively to safeguard company interests.
  • Assist in the preparation of contract templates and standard terms.
  • Conduct regular contract audits and assessments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries.
  • Work with legal counsel to resolve contractual disputes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is advantageous

  • 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation and management
