Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and support to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with legal regulations and managing legal risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, litigation, and compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all legal affairs of the company.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification
• Master's degree in Law is preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the corporate legal sector.
