Job Description

We are in search of a compassionate Relocation Counselor to help clients and their families successfully transition to South Africa. This role involves providing detailed assistance throughout the relocation journey, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to create detailed relocation strategies that meet their needs.
  • Ensure clients have access to vital information regarding housing, schools, and local amenities.
  • Oversee logistical arrangements including transport, visa processing, and household good shipments.
  • Serve as a supportive resource to clients throughout their relocation journey.
  • Facilitate sessions to help clients adjust to their new environment and cultural norms.
  • Assist with accommodation searches and handle lease negotiations.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with various service providers to enhance relocation efficiency.
  • Continuously support clients as they settle in and address arising issues.
  • Document all client interactions meticulously to track progress.
  • Remain informed of relevant immigration policies for accurate advisory.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; additional certifications in relocation management are a plus.
Experience
  • Prior experience in international relocations or expatriate support is advantageous.
