Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Dynamic HR Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will collaborate with team members to implement HR initiatives that enhance workplace culture and productivity. Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, enhancing employer branding.
  • Implement employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
  • Contribute to policy development and ensure adherence to labor laws.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and facilitate performance management.
  • Maintain payroll records and prepare reports.
  • Conduct exit interviews to improve retention strategies.
  • Support organizational development initiatives and change management.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee engagement
