Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and competencies of employees across the organization. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs aimed at fostering continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Research and curate relevant learning materials to support training programs.
  • Work with technology teams to integrate learning solutions into existing platforms.
  • Ensure all training resources align with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Organize and oversee training events, including logistics and participant engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • Master's degree in related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in Learning and Development roles
