Job Description

As a Factory Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day manufacturing activities at our Johannesburg facility. We are looking for someone with proven experience in operational management and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational meetings to review productivity goals and challenges.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure team compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee production scheduling and raw material procurement.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and suggest solutions.
  • Collaborate with R&D to align new product introductions with operations.
  • Participate in quality assurance audits and maintain certification standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • A Master’s degree is an advantage

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
