• Lead operational meetings to review productivity goals and challenges.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure team compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee production scheduling and raw material procurement.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and suggest solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D to align new product introductions with operations.
• Participate in quality assurance audits and maintain certification standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• A Master’s degree is an advantage
• Lean Manufacturing Proficient in Lean principles to eliminate waste and improve efficiencies.
• Project Management Skilled in managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Data Analysis Ability to analyze data to drive operational decisions.
• Quality Control Experienced in implementing quality control measures in production.
• Leadership Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide production teams.
• Effective Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Adept at identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• English (Fluent)

• Knowledge of SAP software: Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for production management.
• Six Sigma Certification: Certification in Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process improvement.
