We are looking for an enthusiastic Heritage Tour Manager to lead captivating tours in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the city's heritage and culture, and be able to engage a diverse range of visitors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging narratives about Johannesburg’s heritage sites during tours.
• Establish partnerships with local museums and cultural institutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during tours.
• Gather and analyze feedback to continuously enhance the tour experience.
• Train and mentor junior guides on best practices in tour operations.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in local history and heritage.
• Assist in creating promotional content for tour packages.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3 years of experience in tour guiding or heritage related roles

• English: Fluent
