Job Description

We are on the lookout for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively. You will handle customer queries, manage complaints, and maintain the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism.
  • Engage with customers to understand their experience and needs.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of products and services.
  • Advocate for customers by communicating their needs to relevant teams.
  • Document all interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Assist in training new customer service representatives.
  • Identify ways to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in Business Administration or Customer Relations is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an advanced customer service role
