Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Services Caseworker to join our Pretoria office. In this role, you'll be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing care plans, and connecting them with vital resources. Responsibilities

• Evaluate client situations and provide appropriate guidance.
• Engage in community outreach to increase awareness of available services.
• Develop relationships with clients, building trust and support.
• Document case history and casework notes accurately.
• Organize community events and educational programs.
• Coordinate with various departments and agencies for comprehensive service.
• Assist clients in navigating governmental and nonprofit resources effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Social Work is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of social service experience

• Crisis Intervention

Certifications

• Certifications in Social Work Ethics
