Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Community Outreach Coordinator to spearhead our initiatives in Soweto. This role requires a passionate individual with a background in community engagement and program development. You will work closely with local stakeholders to identify needs, develop solutions, and implement effective outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide outreach initiatives tailored to community needs.
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist in programming.
• Conduct outreach assessments to identify gaps in service delivery.
• Ensure effective communication of program objectives and benefits.
• Participate in community events to represent the organization.
• Monitor budget and resources for outreach projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Public Relations, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in program management or community engagement
