Job Description

As the Hotel Manager, you will play a key role in developing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your leadership will inspire our team to achieve their best while ensuring that our hotel stands out in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Inspire and lead a diverse hotel team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Establish service standards and continuously analyze performance metrics.
  • Drive revenue through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and the community.
  • Ensure the hotel is properly maintained and meets all safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to keep the hotel competitive.
  • Manage the hotel’s online presence and reputation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role
