• Oversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure accuracy.
• Facilitate workshops and design charrettes to encourage collaborative planning.
• Conduct risk assessments to address potential project challenges effectively.
• Maintain a sustainable approach to design, integrating eco-friendly practices.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations for clients.
• Manage communications with contractors and suppliers to ensure clarity in project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, with a focus on sustainable practices

• 3D Modeling Software

Certifications

• SACAP Registered
• Professional Project Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
