We are seeking a qualified Healthcare Administrator to manage the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, oversee staff management, and enhance the quality of services. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the facility operates within legal and ethical standards.
  • Monitor patient care services and evaluate outcomes.
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding of administrative staff.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Conduct staff training on compliance and patient care best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Improve operational efficiencies through process enhancements.
  • Represent the facility at healthcare meetings and conferences.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
