Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Program Specialist to oversee a range of government programs. This role involves actively managing program strategies, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance to drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure program compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor program budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to program participants, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct program evaluations and impact assessments.
• Utilize data analysis tools to assess program effectiveness and suggest adjustments.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for program participants.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Additional certifications in project or program management are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or related roles

• Microsoft Office Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent
