Job Description

As a Human Resources Generalist in our Johannesburg office, you will be the backbone of our HR department. We’re looking for someone passionate about people management and fostering an engaging workplace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure a diverse applicant pool.
• Help implement training programs for staff development and skills enhancement.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to policies and procedures.
• Work with management to promote employee welfare and satisfaction.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensure that HR programs align with strategic goals of the company.
• Support maintenance of compliance with HR legislation.
• Facilitate performance reviews and employee feedback sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in HR.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• A relevant HR certification is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
