We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to enhance our HR functions in Durban. This role involves managing various HR projects, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee development initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent.
  • Implement HR best practices in line with legislation.
  • Advise employees on policies and employee benefit options.
  • Assist in conducting training and development programs.
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure data integrity.
  • Foster and maintain a positive employee relations climate.
  • Assist in the execution of employee engagement surveys and initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with employment regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Develop tools for effective HR metrics and analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
