Job Description

As a Public Health Analyst, you will analyze public health data to provide predictive insights and support our health initiatives. We are looking for candidates who can interpret complex data sets and contribute to our mission of enhancing community health across Durban.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret large health datasets to inform decision-making.
  • Lead the evaluation of public health interventions and community health programs.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve health policies.
  • Collaborate with other public health professionals and researchers.
  • Produce high-quality written reports and articles for publication.
  • Develop methodologies for new research initiatives.
  • Participate in public health conferences and workshops.
  • Stay abreast of emerging public health trends and metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or a closely related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is an added advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in health data analysis or research roles
