Job Description

As an Organizational Performance Consultant, you will play a vital role in improving workplace efficiency and employee productivity. You will assess organizations' human resources needs and implement tailored strategies that foster a performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement performance improvement plans for underperforming departments.
  • Evaluate existing HR policies and recommend enhancements to drive employee engagement.
  • Assist with organizational restructuring efforts to optimize team effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support for HR teams on organizational performance tools.
  • Foster a culture of continuous performance improvement throughout the organization.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of HR initiatives on organizational performance.
  • Report on progress and strategies to executive leadership on a regular basis.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology is a plus
  • Relevant HR certifications are advantageous
