Job Description

The Vegetable Buncher is key in our operations, tasked with sorting and bunching vegetables to ensure they meet quality standards. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Harvest vegetables from the fields and transport them to sorting areas.
• Conduct regular quality assessments throughout the workflow.
• Bunch and pack vegetables ensuring they meet our quality standards.
• Keep accurate records of vegetable quantities and types sorted daily.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with outdoor tasks when needed, such as picking or planting.
• Follow all company protocols for handling vegetables.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 10 or equivalent
• Experience in agricultural roles is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in vegetable handling is a plus.
