Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. You will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for various departments.
  • Review and revise HR policies to ensure legal compliance.
  • Monitor employee relations and address grievances effectively.
  • Conduct training to improve team skills and foster growth.
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover rates.
  • Assist in succession planning and workforce management.
  • Provide reports on HR metrics to senior management.
  • Enhance internal communications regarding HR initiatives.
  • Conduct job analysis for role evaluations.
  • Review employee benefits programs for competitiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or Business Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR Generalist experience
