Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine job seekers' skills and career goals.
• Design and implement training sessions for job seekers.
• Collaborate with local businesses to expand job opportunities.
• Evaluate and enhance employment programs based on data analysis.
• Provide post-placement support for job retention and career advancement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in job placement, recruitment, or related field

Technical Skills

• Client Management Software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
• Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication
• Strong networking

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working with diverse job seeker populations: Familiar with the challenges faced by various job seeker groups.
• Familiarity with training and education resources: Knowledge of available training programs to assist job seekers.
