Job Description

Join us as a Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist. This role involves collaborating with job seekers and employers to enhance career development opportunities. You'll also facilitate recruitment events and analyse employment trends for program success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to determine job seekers' skills and career goals.
  • Design and implement training sessions for job seekers.
  • Collaborate with local businesses to expand job opportunities.
  • Evaluate and enhance employment programs based on data analysis.
  • Provide post-placement support for job retention and career advancement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in job placement, recruitment, or related field
Technical Skills
  • Client Management Software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong networking
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
